Frequently asked questions
When is my parking booking confirmed?
Instant bookings are confirmed after successful payment verification. Host-approval bookings first need Host acceptance and then successful payment. Check your Bookings tab for the latest status.
What if money is deducted but the booking is not confirmed?
Check Bookings and Payments for an updated status. If the charge still appears unresolved, raise a Payment or booking dispute with the booking reference and transaction reference. Do not pay again until the status is clear.
Can I request a refund?
Raise a refund-review case with the related booking. Eligibility and any refund are reviewed separately by ParkDash; submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
What if I cannot find the parking entrance?
Open the confirmed booking and use its navigation option. If the location or entrance is wrong, raise a parking problem and include your booking reference.

About this connection
